I'm not knowledgable about kodi, but I am knowledgable about the
servers: repo.parabola.nu redirects to a randomly chosen mirror
(unless you stick `?noredirect` at the end of the URL), from the list
of mirrors that claim to be up-to-date enough to have the file being
requested.  mirrors.fsf.org sometimes claims to be up-to-date when it
has actually only done a partial sync, and doesn't yet have the files
that it should based on its self-reported last-sync timestamp.
repo.parabola.nu was probably redirecting you to to mirrors.fsf.org,
which served the 404.

For this reason, earlier today I temporarily disabled the FSF mirror
from automatic mirror selection.  I believe this should have fixed the
error?
