[Dev] [dev] [nonsystemd] NetworkManager, dbus and display managers require manual intervention

To be brief: the wiki needs to updated (I plan to do this later) and no, 
i wouldn't put openrc init scripts in depends=() for any package, after 
all, the repo is called "nonsystemd" and not "openrc".

This will give us the necessary flexibility to include more init 
alternatives. See https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/3290 for more.

P.S: openrc-desktop was deprecated and other groups will do too, 
opentmpfiles and opensysusers where replaced by etmpfiles and esysusers
