[Dev] Orphan Libre package [calibre] marked out-of-date

It should be noted that calibre is not out-of-date. The Parabola one is frozen
at the last version before the upstream switched to qt-webengine (which has freedom
issues). 

From the error it looks line it need a Rebuild against a icu which must have
updated again.
