i think i was remembering seeing this wiki article:

where it says:

  createtorrent - torrent creation script, ran by make torrent

that page is marked as "old-wiki" and the current parabolaiso has no
"torrent" rule in the makefile - i looked also in the 'archiso.git' repo
in the 'obsolete' section and i looked at the 'archiso-git' package on
the AUR but i could not find that fabled 'createtorrent' script
