[Dev] No more .abs.tar.gz files

Hi all,

I've just now deleted all .abs.tar.gz files from the repo.  They
haven't been updated in more than a year (we stopped shortly after the
deprecation of ABS in Arch[1]).

When they stopped being updated:

 - Arch Linux ARM : 2012-07-26
 - Parabola       : 2017-05-30
 - Arch Linux     : 2017-05-31
 - Arch Linux 32  : never made them

So yeah.  The most use anyone is getting out of them is that they can
be used to know when a script isn't used anymore: "If this script
contains a reference to them, the script is outdated."
