I wanted to see the changes in the actual thing and proposals over
time, so I made a git repository of the social contract.

Everything has been converted into Pandoc-normalized markdown, for
easy `diff`ing.

(I also originally had translations as branches, but rangling the
rewrite filters for that got painful.)
