[Assist] Proposal for a forum

So I do. Another good thing about forums, is the possibility of having moderators and administrators. And as Sergie says, it's easier for newcomers. I am in the Trisquel forum, and there are a lot of Parabola (and Debian) users. I think that David's idea is an excellent one.

Free as in freedom.
