[Assist] Proposal for a forum

I agree that it is a good idea !
I am a Parabola user for more than 1 year and I remember when I decided 
to switch from ArchLinux to Parabaola that it was not so easy for 
everything even if the transition is simple at the end, but I would be 
happy to have a forum to search or ask for question.
