[Dev] Orphan nonsystemd package [devtools] marked out-of-date

distorto wants to notify you that the following packages may be out-of-date:
> Newer versions of devtools include pkgctl, which is now the only way to get the source for Arch packages

just to note, the FSDG does not permit getting recipes or sources from arch
'asp' is blacklisted for that reason - the 'pkgctl' tool will probably be
removed from devtools - it would need some hacking to make it compatible with
abslibre, because now, all arch packages are a separate git repo - im not sure
it is worth the effort to make it work for parabola

but o/c, if you are a hacker, feel free to try that, and send the changes -
they would be accepted if it works
