[Dev] [PKGBUILD][UPDATE] Quassel IRC

Hello,
I couldn't figure how to reply back on the same thread for some reason.
What I did is that I based the PKGBUILD off of Parabola's one, just got
it to compile with the new version.
So, the flags can probably be changed to match arch.
As for the force on rm, I had to add it because it would fail in
deleting some of the files sometimes (not there).

I think the wip-quassel branch should be OK.
I'll try to compile it and reply in the IRC channel.
