[Dev] browserpass* shouldn't be blacklisted

ok lets investigate this

so '2164' indicates that this is documented/discussed on ticket #2164

the ticket is still open - there are multiple plans suggested - 
the one that i favor (iceweasel provides 'firefox') is nearly ready to be published -
it would allow 'browserpass-firefox' to be re-instated as-is

is probably fine on it's own; but it's only clients in the parabola repos are
browserpass-chromium and browserpass-firefox, both of which are blacklisted

ok but parabola hase no 'abrowser' package' - though it would probably work
with iceweasel and icecat also - that would require new packages to be created:
'iceweasel-browserpass' and 'icecat-browserpass'
