[Dev] [PATCH] Add fwupd-efi to blacklist

Hello,
Today I've noticed issue #3270 opened by gap over 8 months ago on the tracker.
And indeed fwupd-efi is available in the repos even though it is mainly used to
install non-free system and hardware firmware.

I've attached a patch to blacklist it.
