web services are not a freedom issue though, generally - people
may want to use them - we only need to ensure that anti-features
are disabled by default (things that the software does, which
user may not want to happen, or may not know is happening); but
the user should be able to enable them - that was the case with
geo-location in iceweasel before - i just wanted to verify that
no functionality was compiled out completely

my only concern now, is that anyone who wants to enable it, will
not know how - before, it was only one obvious switch - maybe
some instruction can be added to the wiki
