[Dev] Linphone is now in PCR!

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well. Just wanted to say that I could
finally build and package Linphone Desktop in [pcr]. I built it (and its
dependencies) for x86_64 and i686 only, for now.

This fixes and closes https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/2657

P.D.: Yes, I'm super happy for this, I remember the bloody battle I had
before trying to build linphone-desktop without success... difficult
times :P
