[Dev] [PATCH] Iceweasel 78.0.1.parabola2 update

Here's an update that tries harder to disable data reporting
functionality, and includes some cleanups. Please find rationale
and change descriptions in commit messages.

Built for x86_64 and i686. For i686, it was necessary to pull
x265 package from [testing].

Please apply iceweasel_78.0.1.parabola2.patch on top of
iceweasel_78.0.1.patch. Just download both patches and apply
them unchanged, in order to not introduce whitespace issues. I
used just 'git apply'.

Please note, that for x86_64, PGO is on by default. Second stage
of the build can peak at slightly more than 16G of RAM+swap
usage.
