[Dev] [PATCH] Iceweasel update to 72.0.2-1 for all architectures

Please excuse me for not mentioning this initially, but the
following make option for ARM has been copied from Arch ARM
sources:

mk_add_options MOZ_MAKE_FLAGS="-j2"

I'm not sure why do they need it in the first place, probably
for stable building on their machines or actual ARM hardware. If
that's not necessary in Parabola, then please just omit this
option, because obviously it makes build slower than optimal if
there are more than 2 CPU cores.

On another note, what's the preferred way of sending patches in
this ML - inline (plain text) or as attachments? Are there any
other rules? I couldn't find any.
