A new pkgrel version is available in AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/octopi/

It fixes the following error on octopi launch:
> octopi: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It seems like alpm_octopi_utils needs to be updated first (already marked out of date in Parabola): https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/alpm_octopi_utils/
