[Dev] providing libre sources without breaking the server (maybe)

Committed initial work on the script under 

ssh://git@git.parabola.nu:1863/~git/~freemor/tools.git

as clean_source_export

Feel free to pull, examine, tweak, etc.

Planned next step is to look at hos bill is spotting pushes for pbot and use
that to make it autofire on the needed directories. Locally on my machine
first. Then if all goes well on the server.
