to build this on i686 today, you would probably need to enable
the [testing] repo, where python 3.8 is

'any' arch packages can be troublesome in that way, because
all of the parabola ports do not always roll at the same speed -
to put this package in [libre] today as an 'any' package, would
presumably make it broken on i686 systems

for that reason, troublesome ones are built separately for each
arch. although ideally, they would be built for 'any'

so i have modified the 'qutebrowser' package in that way, and
pinned its 'python' dependency to the current version per arch -
v1.8.2 is on [libre] now for x86_64 and armv7h - i686 will need
to wait until python 3.8 is released from [testing]
