[Dev] The Theova Question

Sorry bout the subject.. It was just to 1950s/60s SF sounding to pass up.

But to the matter at hand.

Theova has been around for a fair while. Shows a strong interest in Parabola. 
Has filed excellent BRs and provided not only solid PKGBUILDs but then updates
to those PKGBUILDS. 

He/she/they has demonstrated a considered and level approach to things
and a willingness to take input from others.

I think it may be time to consider giving Theova the bump to Parabola
hackerdom.

Thoughts?
