[Dev] corrupted package

when i run  `sudo pacman -S kio-extras` on a x86_64 system, all packages
install properly

also, there is no package with the file name you mentioned

  kio-extras-17.12.3-2.parabola1.pkg.tar.xz

package file names will have the architecture in them like:

  kio-extras-17.12.3-2.parabola1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

it is quite important for you to mention the CPU architecture of the
package you installed
