the thing is, that these are periodic and timely news posts, (aka. RSS
feeds) - they are not intended for future reference nor to be updated
like wiki articles - also, they already had been relayed by any number
of other downstream news sites such as planet-gnu when they were fresh
news; but their time of relevance has long expired

t is unfortunate if the original article over-sold itself or promised
too much; but that should just be a lesson learned to be more
conservative as to what goes int them - i would suggest posting a fresh
news article instead
