[Dev] linux-libre-4.15.9_gnu-1 update missing critical kernel modules

rather than leave the distro without a kernel surely the last know good
build could be restored or re-created - even if it were a months old
kernel it would be better than having none - i probably have a copy of
4.09 or 4.14 in a VM for example
