Archlinux32 has a much newer version: https://mirror.archlinux32.org/i686/core/archlinux32-keyring-20180603-1.0-any.pkg.tar.xz

This seems to cause signatures from Tyler Dence (and maybe others) to be considered "marginal trust", which breaks upgrading some packages, like qt5-svg.
