A new version has been released: https://github.com/virt-manager/virt-manager/releases

Additionally, virt-manager package, which comes from Arch, is already in repo and requires virt-install=1.5.0, which is in libre repo, and is outdated. 

That's why, pacman cannot satisfy the dependencies of virt-manager, and is unable to update it currently.
