[Dev] I deleted 144,000 files on the server

I added code to the make_repo_torrents script to delete old torrents.

If it uses to much resources we can split it into a seperate cron job
that runs less frequently.

Anyway it deleted 144,000 torrents, some going back to 2014, so it
saves some inodes.
