[Dev] Librestage stages non-tar.xz files

It uploads things from sources=() that are in
https://repo.parabola.nu/other/

The warnings about them already existing when you run `librerelease`
can be ignored.

If you would like to alter the behavior, you can remove the files from
$WORKDIR/staging between running `librestage` and `librerelease`, or
by editing /etc/libretools.d/librefetch.conf (or
~/.config/libretools/librefetch.conf)
