[Dev] Librestage stages non-tar.xz files

Hi, when running librestage after compiling linux-libre it stages the
RCN-libre patches and logos

$ librestage

I don't understand why this happens, because then when I update the
kernel it says that those files already exists in
other/linux-libre/logos (the solution is to remove the 'other' directory
from ~/staging/megver83/staging, but I don't want to do that *every
time* I run librerelease)
