Hi, as you know, some hackers have left and some users others have
joined Parabola dev team. About that, I've a few things to say:

*Give the new hackers the developer credentials to log in to
https://www.parabola.nu/login/ and django administration.

*Update https://www.parabola.nu/people/* sites, add emulatorman and
coadde to fellows and heckyel & oaken-source to hackers/support staff
(depending on their roles).

*Add the new hackers to labs so that anyone can assign them (or they
can self-assign) any task related to packages, for example.

*Optionally, make their @parabola.nu forwarders for them, if they want.
