[Dev] Orphan Libre package [iceweasel-l10n-es-ar] marked out-of-date

I would like to continue using the name iceweasel and the iceweasel
rebranding. I know we can't use the name 'firefox' and I am probably not
able to come up with an original name anyway (EarthBadger anyone?).

That being said, since debian will drop the name, we will need to pick
it up and maintain the rebranding patches anyway, which is actually what
I have done for 53.0.

The change I am proposing is not away from iceweasel to something else,
but away from debian iceweasel to parabola iceweasel, using the latest
sources from upstream, and not the debian repos.

The same does probably apply to iceape and icedove. In fact, if this
proposal is approved, I will start to work on upgrading icedove, since
the version gap there is the greatest (45.8 => 52.1)
