[Dev] [RFC] Documentation in post_install()

There's an increasing trend to put bits of documentation in
post_install().  This is particularly common for openrc packages.

I think that this trend should die.  That's what /usr/share/doc is
for.  That's what the wiki is for.  I shouldn't have to try to parse
through scripts in `/var/lib/pacman/local/*/install` to re-read
documentation.
