yes josh sry - it is as simply as you think - i actually ansered to that before but accidentally replied directly to fauno instead of the list

i only meant to underline that the "local pacstrap" feature is trivial - it only requires that the cache of packages that were downloaded by the parabolaiso build to NOT be deleted from the work dir so that they will exist in the ISO - then you run `pacstrap -c /mnt` and the -c directs pacstrap to use the local package cache instead of the empty one in the chroot - this obviously increases the ISO size but as i also said there is little utility in the dual-architecture ISO which doubles the ISO size

also ive raised the issue of debian-style multi-disc "software packs" on the forum here https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/1149
