[Dev] Call for translations of libretools

I've run the following commands in the libretools dir:
git config --global user.name "botho"
git config --global user.email "t.boesmans at openmailbox.org"

git add /po/nl
git commit -am "xbs.po nl"
git push origin master

I get the following error:
XML error: undefined entity
error: no DAV locking support on https://git.parabola.nu/packages/libretools.git/
fatal: git-http-push failed
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://git.parabola.nu/packages/libretools.git/'

What am i doing wrong?
