[Dev] Orphan Kernels package [linux-libre-grsec-knock] marked out-of-date

we do not support grsecurity anymore, these kernels still appear in the
website but for ARM since the database synchronization for armv7h is
disabled. Would be good to put a note about that, because it may cause
confusion and anyone could think that we do not maintain ARM packages.
