[Dev] Linux-libre 4.14 available at [libre-testing]

I've recently added Linux-libre 4.14.4 to [libre-testing], for all its
architectures.

Before moving it to [libre], I'd like that ppl with encrypted partitions
test it and give me some feedback, since they where the ones who
suffered more on the last update.

Feel free to assign me new issues on the bug tracker or simply contact
me on #parabola. I expect to see linux-libre 4.14.x on [libre] soon (a
week maybe?), so please test it.
