[Dev] [SOLUTION] packager gpg key expired

To *temporally* solve this users can disable SigLevel in /etc/pacman.conf
It is not a very secure alternative but there's no other way until we
compile emulatorman's packages.

Can the autobuilder just rebuild a new release?
