[Dev] Q1: Do you have a consensus on the budget for the Build Server?

Since lukeshu kindly reminded me in a private email that I am not a dev.
and therefore somewhat out of my element, I must kindly ask you guys to
remove my email address from this list (I've already unsubscribed),
since none of this is any of my business (as I was kindly made aware
of).
