[Dev] [consensus][due: 2017-05-01] Emulatorman's expulsion

I don't think you've got anything to apologize for. It would be a great
loss for Parabola if you leave. You should be rewarded for your efforts
and ideas and your work with Parabola, like everyone else developing
and working with and for Parabola. (So who's maintaining the kernels
now?)
