[Dev] [ARM] Parabola ARM Port progress

Guys, AFAIK since coadde built linux-libre-4.1.6_gnu-1 for armv7h from a
x86 machine into a chroot with PRoot/qemu-arm and works well in ARMv7
devices, i wrote a article about it [0] to our wiki if someone has
interest to liberate packages and help us begin Parabola ARM project.
