[Dev] Orphan Pcr package [retroshare] marked out-of-date

Hello,
The licensing on this package has changed, and the new version downloads
a javascript blob from facebook.com. Hence, we have not provided an
update to the package yet. I am still awaiting a reply from
licensing at gnu.org regarding the license change. The PKGBUILD currently
in our abslibre/pcr git does build, but it may need to be deblobbed if
the license is deemed acceptable.
