[Dev] Let's revert and move changes introduced by bugs #645 and #677 on Iceweasel

Hi! I use (or used to use) some of the features removed by bug fixes of reports #645 and #677 on
Iceweasel. I suggest to make a package of Iceweasel for Nonprism repository having such features
disabled, so we don't affect people wanting to use Firefox Hello and other features when they
install libre/iceweasel.

Any feature that evokes a privacy concern should be disabled in a package on Nonprism repository to
begin with, right?
