The same problem occurs when dbscripts fail.

Providing a redirector pointing to Parabola mirrors is surely ok and
would solve some problems (e.g. users reporting issues for already fixed
problems while using outdated mirrors, mirror providers reporting too
high/too low bandwidth use).
