Since some days ago, my friend (she's attorney) studied about Romanian
laws, reviewed the Ceata draft and some hours ago she sent me a new one
based on it (attached on this email) with improvements to help us. That
one was written in Spanish because is her native language and doesn't
knows English.
I could translate it, but i'm not a native Spanish-speaker to create a
good translation about it. So, i would be very grateful if somebody with
good skills on Spanish-English translation could do it :)
