[Dev] dual stack mirror for Parabola GNU Linux from Romania !

Hello,
we would like to offer a public mirror of Parabola GNU Linux on our dual 
stack server, we are the biggest ISP in Romania and have this dual xeon 
with almost 6 TB of disk data sitting on plenty of bandwidth:

I am just rsyncing from the official repo, will get back when it's done 
with the url and connecting details.

By the way, how often should rsync?
