[Dev] Requesting pacman-mirrorlist-libre inclusion for parabola.leth.cc

I've set up a mirror at parabola.leth.cc and then domain name was
configured a 3 days ago so it should be propagated around the world by
now.

It's updated once every 24 hours using rsync, i can easily change this
if there is a better practice.

You are free to include this server in pacman-mirrorlist-libre if you
wish.
