[Dev] Server down. Git mirror available.

The parabolagnulinux.org server is unexpectedly down.  This is the
server used for:
 - the main website
 - the bug tracker
 - git
 - xmpp

Until the server is back online, a mirror of some of the git
repositories is available at https://lukeshu.com/git/mirror/parabola .

Parabola commiters should be able to use the URL
<ssh://parabola@lukeshu.com:1863/srv/git/...> to commit there.  If
your SSH key has changed recently, let me know, it is based on a
slightly old checkout of hackers.git.
