yesterday someone in #parabola reported that some packages from the base
group were failing because of invalid signatures. it turned out to be
that the info in the database was right but the package was not: they
came directly from arch.

after fixing the problem, today vim-runtime was reported so i checked
all package replacements from blacklist.txt (i found a couple syntax
errors too) and i found the following packages were signed by arch devs:

arj
enscript
gummiboot
hardinfo
lame
lsb-release
maven
mkisolinux
mkpxelinux
mksyslinux
psi
reflector
syslinux
usermin
vim-runtime
webmin
xsp

most of them are rebranding issues, except for lame. please reupload
your versions with pkgrel+0.1 so people who already installed them
upgrade to the correct versions. i'll start with lame.
