It's completely obsolete, I have removed the page.
https://wiki.parabola.nu/Hacking:Parabolaiso has newer information, I
don't know how up to date it is.

We should fix our key signing policy.  The person or machine building
and uploading the release should sign it with their key, there is no
need for other signatures.
