[Dev] [Maintenance] monit alert -- Timeout labs

I have no idea what caused this--or what the fix was.  I ssh'ed in,
and saw weird issues, but when it actually came back up, it was after
I ran a command that shouldn't have done anything.  Perhaps it was
lag-time from a previous cammand that fixed it.
