[Dev] New libretools-20130514 on [libre-testing]

I just pushed libretools 20130514 to [libre-testing].

Changes since 20130513:
 - libremakepkg: also copy in librefetch source files (Feature #318)

Bugfixes since 20130513:
 - libremakepkg: fix adding [repo] to pacman.conf
 - fix `librechroot install-file` requiring an absolute path
 - fix bug where local packages crash chcleanup

Together, those bugfixes fix Bug #323.
